A payment went wrong? Write to your product's inbox with the subject "Billing error", the email address on your account and the payment reference from PayPal or Razorpay. Please write before opening a dispute; we can usually correct a billing error faster. Our refund and cancellation policy names maverick@speedlooptech.app, and that address works for every product too.
Closing your account?Write to your product's inbox (or maverick@speedlooptech.app) from the email address on the account and say you want it closed and its data deleted. Closing an account doesn't lead to a refund.
