This policy sets the rules for everyone who uses the Maverick Console. It is offered by Speedloop Technologies, an offering of Speedloop Auto Private Limited (India), 2nd Floor, Plot No. 296, Sector 10, PCNTDA, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 411039, India. It forms part of your organisation's agreement with us. Questions or reports: maverick@speedloopauto.com.
Use it for your organisation's work
- Use the Console only for the business purposes your organisation has agreed with us, and only under a Purpose you have been granted.
- Keep your account to yourself. Do not share your password, sign-in codes or sessions, and do not use another person's account.
- Turn on two-factor sign-in when your organisation asks you to, and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
Respect the data and its boundaries
- Load only data your organisation is allowed to share with us and that the agreed outcome needs.
- Do not load real customer data into a tenant before it has been approved for real data. Demonstration tenants are for fictional data only.
- Do not try to see data outside your Purpose, unmask hidden fields, reach another organisation's tenant, or get around expiring access, idle sign-out or IP allow-lists.
- Do not upload special categories of sensitive data (such as health records, government ID numbers, payment card numbers or information about children) unless your organisation's agreement with us expressly covers it.
- Do not use the Console to build profiles of individuals for unrelated purposes, or to collect personal data for sale.
Use AI and outputs responsibly
- AI answers and toolkit results are aids to judgement, not decisions. A named person in your organisation stays responsible for each decision.
- Check important answers against their cited sources. Maverick outputs are not legal, engineering, safety or financial advice.
- Do not enter information into AI features that your organisation has not approved for them.
Do not misuse the service
- Do not upload malware or harmful files, or files you do not have the right to share.
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Console except under our vulnerability reporting guidelines in the Security Overview.
- Do not overload the service, scrape it, or use automated tools to access it unless we have agreed to it in writing.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Console, or use it to build a competing product.
- Do not use the Console for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing.
If something goes wrong
Report suspected misuse, security problems or data shared by mistake to maverick@speedloopauto.com. We may suspend access, after telling your organisation where we can, if we need to protect the service, other customers or data. Serious or repeated breaches of this policy may lead us to end access under your organisation's agreement.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top and tell customers about significant changes.
