This policy explains how what you buy from MAVERICK (the Maverick Console), BASTION and ARSENAL reaches you. 1. Nothing is shipped
Everything we sell online is a digital service: software access, tools and plans. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.
2. Delivered instantly online
Your purchase is delivered instantly online, in your account, as soon as Razorpay or PayPal confirms your payment. This usually takes a few seconds and at most a few minutes.

Razorpay or PayPal normally emails you a payment receipt. Your account's Billing page also shows each payment and its status.
3. Services delivered by our team
Some Maverick work, such as a Phase 1 Decision Baseline or an implementation, is delivered by our team. It is delivered remotely (online meetings, the Console and email) on the schedule set out in your written proposal or order form.
4. Where we deliver
The services are available online worldwide, wherever the law and our payment providers allow.
5. If something does not arrive
If your access has not appeared within 24 hours of paying, email maverick@speedloopauto.com with the email address on your account and the payment reference from Razorpay or PayPal. We reply within 2 business days and give you the access you paid for. If the payment was taken because of a billing or technical error, we correct that charge, as our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains.
