These terms apply when you use MAVERICK (this website and the Maverick Console), BASTION or ARSENAL, or buy anything from us online. They are written in plain English. By creating an account, paying, or using the services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Who we are
The services are offered by Speedloop Technologies, an offering of Speedloop Auto Private Limited (India) ("Speedloop", "we", "us").

2. What these terms cover
- MAVERICK - Applied Intelligence for your Business: this website at maverick.speedlooptech.app and the Maverick Console.
- BASTION - Applied Intelligence for your Career: the personal career console at bastion.speedlooptech.app.
- ARSENAL - Toolkits for your Work: the tools at arsenal.speedlooptech.app.
If your organisation has signed a written proposal, order form or agreement with us (for example for a Maverick engagement), that document wins where it differs from these terms. Our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy also apply.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
- One Speedloop account works on ARSENAL and BASTION. A Maverick Console account is created by your organisation and belongs to its workspace.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or pay.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on each product's site or, for the Maverick Console, on the Billing page and in your written proposal. You always see the amount before you pay.
- Customers in India pay in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Where a price is listed in US dollars, Razorpay shows the INR amount, converted at the day's rate, before you pay.
- Customers outside India pay in US dollars (USD) through PayPal. BASTION may show the price in your local currency; you pay the currency and amount shown at checkout.
- You pay on Razorpay's or PayPal's own page. We never see or store your card number.
- Prices do not include taxes unless they say so. Where the law requires us to charge tax, it is added and shown before you pay.
- We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
5. Plans, renewals and cancellation
- Nothing renews automatically. Each payment covers one period (for example one month or one year) or one item you keep. When the period ends, access ends unless you choose to pay again.
- Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel: simply do not pay again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- BASTION's free trial lasts 3 days and needs no card. It does not turn into a paid plan by itself.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable. If a payment is charged twice or wrongly because of a billing or technical error, we correct that charge. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy has the details.
6. Delivery
Everything we sell online is digital and is delivered instantly online, in your account, once the payment provider confirms your payment. Nothing is shipped. Details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
7. Using the services
- Use the services lawfully and as our Acceptable Use Policy describes. Do not try to break, overload, copy or resell them, or to reach data that is not yours.
- Our tools, calculators, plans and AI answers are planning aids. They show their assumptions, but they are not professional, legal, financial, engineering or safety advice. Codes, qualified professionals, manufacturers and your own measurements have the last word.
- BASTION's pay and career plans are examples based on public figures. They are not a promise of any job, salary or result.
8. Your content and data
You keep the rights to what you put into the services. You let us store and process it only to run the services for you. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how we handle an organisation's records in the Maverick Console is set out in our Data Governance page.
9. Our intellectual property
The services, their software, designs, text and tools belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own work while your access lasts. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the services available and accurate, but we do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features. If we retire a feature you have paid for, you keep access to the rest of the service until the end of the period you paid for.
11. Our responsibility to you
- The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties beyond those in these terms.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, revenue or data), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be limited.
12. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the services at risk. We will tell you why unless the law or security stops us. You can close your account at any time by writing to us.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, where our registered office is, have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We will update these terms when our services or the law change. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders before the change takes effect.
