ARSENAL is our family of toolkits. Each toolkit is a tested calculator, reference viewer or scored checklist for one repeated job. ARSENAL has its own site for workers, and the same toolkits run inside the Maverick Console for companies. Where your workspace allows AI, a toolkit can add a plain-language explanation of the result.
Two sides of ARSENAL
Whether your work happens on a site, in a truck or at a desk, ARSENAL groups its toolkits around the job you do.
Carpenters, welders, electricians, plumbers, drivers, technicians, farmers and the crews who build, fix and move things. Tools for the numbers and checks you repeat on the job.
Engineers, scientists, analysts, estimators, project managers and other desk roles. Tools for the calculations and reviews you repeat every week.
Visit the ARSENAL site to browse ARSENAL by role. The prices below are for companies that use ARSENAL toolkits inside the Maverick Console.
How ARSENAL fits Maverick
Maverick works from both ends of an organization. Leaders get a business intelligence partner. The people who do the daily work get tools built for their jobs.
We work with an owner or operations leader on one consequential decision: the outcome, a baseline, KPIs and the options. It starts with a fixed-fee Decision Baseline.
The workspace where records, sources and decisions are kept, with access granted by purpose. Our team sets up accounts; there is no public sign-up.
Dispatchers, warehouse leads, estimators and project managers use ARSENAL toolkits in the Console for the calculations and checks they repeat every week.
ARSENAL toolkits support the decision work. They are not the Decision Baseline, and buying a toolkit does not include it.
Examples by role
A selection from the catalog for our first two industries, Supply Chain and Construction. Each tool is built for a named role and a named job.
Trucking, warehousing and distribution
Plans loads and keeps drivers legal.
How many pallets fit a trailer, the load's weight against the legal limit, and the trailer's cube use.
Driving time left today under the 11-hour, 14-hour, 30-minute break and 60/70-hour rules (property carriers, simplified).
Maximum legal weight on a group of axles under the federal bridge formula, against the load you plan to carry.
Runs the dock, the racks and the shift.
Doors needed for the day and at the peak, and how full your dock schedule is.
Checks a floor stack and a rack bay against the bottom pallet's top-load rating, beam and frame capacities and clear height.
Labor hours and pickers needed for a shift's order lines at your measured pick rate.
Owns what the trucks cost and earn.
Fixed plus variable cost per mile for one tractor, and the break-even rate.
What waiting at docks costs per month, and how much detention billing would recover.
Contractors, earthworks and equipment
Turns drawings into quantities and a price.
Truck loads, cycles per day and trucks needed to move a volume of earth on schedule.
Cut, fill and net earthwork between cross-sections using the average end area method.
Keeps the job on schedule and paid.
For up to three parallel task chains to a milestone: which chain is critical, the float on the others and the slack to the deadline.
Price a change order from direct costs with overhead, profit, sub markup, tax and bond.
Are you ready for the final walk, inspection and handover? Scores readiness and lists what is still open.
Decides which machines to own, rent and send.
Time utilization, dollar utilization and return on a rental unit or class.
Annual cost of owning a machine versus renting it by the day, week or 4-week month, and the break-even hours.
Compare skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, backhoes, telehandlers and more: what each is best at and what to avoid.
Tool names are from the current Console catalog, which holds more than 100 role tools for Supply Chain and Construction. “Free” and “One-time” mark tools whose class is settled; we confirm every other tool's status before you buy. Results are planning estimates, not legal, engineering, safety or financial advice.
